No free lunch

The other day we saw a bird that was a lot bigger than the usual sparrows fly into our bird feeder. It turned out to be an American Kestral (sparrow hawk), most of the birds we get at our feeder are sparrows so it must have thought that patience would result in an easy dinner. Instead it learned that if you don't work you don't eat, and that its definition of "bird feeder" and the sparrows was different.
