Cathedral of Learning

Last weekend we went to visit Andy and Lyndsay in Beaver falls. One of the things we did while we were there was to visit the Cathedral of learning on the campus of the University of Pittsburg. If you must know it is the tallest educational building in the western hemisphere.












































































one of the strangest things we saw there was this painting we found hanging in a broom closet on the 13th floor. Spooky!

another strange thing we found out is that if you want to go any floor above 16 you have to get off the elevator at 16 and take the stairs to 17 to continue up. and even though someone picked the lock to open the door on the elevator to the top two floors we still could not get it to move. I have still not recovered from the dissappointment.
